1. What this page is for

This page tells you how to ask Appsource Technologies Ltd (“Appsource”, “we”) to delete personal data we received because you used Facebook Login, or another Meta product, with an Appsource app. The Meta app display name is Appsource Technologies Ltd.

It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

2. Data this request covers

When you connect a Facebook account to an Appsource app, Meta may send us information you allowed the app to receive. That can include:

Your name
Your email address
Your profile photo
Your Facebook user ID or app-scoped user ID
Any other profile fields you approved for that app

We also delete records in our systems that we can match to that login.

3. How to request deletion

Email info@appsourceTechnologies.com with the subject Facebook data deletion request.

Include as much of the following as you have, so we can find the right record:

The name on the Facebook account
The email address on the Facebook account, if there is one
The app name: Appsource Technologies Ltd
Your Facebook user ID or app-scoped ID, if you have it

You can send the same details through our contact page.

Removing the app under Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites stops Meta from sharing new data with us. It does not delete data we already stored. Send the email as well so we can delete that copy.

4. What we delete

After we match your request, we delete or anonymize the Meta-sourced profile data and the login identifiers we stored for that app.

5. What we may keep

If a law requires us to keep a record, we keep only that record and only for the required period. Examples are invoices, tax records, or a paid contract. We will tell you by email if any of that applies to your request. Everything else tied to the Facebook login is deleted.

6. How long it takes

We complete the deletion within 30 days of a request we can match, and we email you when it is done. If the details are not enough to find the account, we email you and ask for more information. The 30 days start again when we can match the request.
